Sarang Chipalkatti leads the Workday Partnerships for Asia Pacific. He is based in Singapore.

As the Head of APAC Partner Sales Organization, Sarang is responsible for strategizing, prioritizing and delivering success for Workday’s ecosystem of Advisory, Services, Software and Technology partners.

Sarang is passionate about building trust with partners and driving positive outcomes for joint-customers, partners, and Workday.

Sarang brings 25+ years of technology experience and has delivered growth and leadership in complex business environment right from start-ups to large organizations, driving internal transformation and transformation of enterprise customers. His experience spans general management of sales and marketing, consulting, customer success and partner alliances across Asia Pacific and Japan.

Sarang’s prior experience include leading the Customer Success and Partner Alliances for SaaS in Asia Pacific at Oracle.

Having lived in Japan for 12 years and now in Singapore for 13, Sarang is inspired by diversity in APJ region and believes that diversity enables us to expand our perspectives, learn from one another and benefit from the value that diversity creates. He is also passionate about mentoring, coaching, and building high performance teams.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1999 and a master's degree in management from Swiss-German University, Tangerang, Indonesia in 2018 and an MBA from Ernst-Abbe Fachhochschule Jena, Germany in 2018. He started his career at PT Pro-Int Dinamika as Senior Consultant at Accounting & Financial Implementation Department in 1998. Since 2000 joined in various local or international company including PT Emerio Indonesia, PT KPMG Advisory Indonesia, PT Oracle Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT H.M.Sampoerna Tbk, Integrated Business Solusi Asia and PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, and has 27 years of experience in IT consulting especially in ERP implementation as well as banking, manufacturing, toll road construction, hydrocarbon contractor, pharmaceutical and consumer goods distribution. He joined Metrodata as associate director on December 1, 2016 and was appointed by the company's director on January 1, 2020.

Armed with a Computer Science degree, Pei Woan was passionate about coding and planning to settle in a programming role upon graduation. Her first job landed her in the HR world at a large conglomerate and since then, she has never looked back. For almost 20 years, Pei Woan built her career deep in the discipline of HR and Technology recommending and managing transformation projects across organisations.

Pei Woan currently manages a team of solution consultants at Workday for Asia. She constantly sets internal benchmarks in employee engagement that includes employee health, well-being and diversity. As part of her leadership portfolio, she also chairs the Field Innovation Champions team for Customer Experience across Asia Pacific.

Adiska is a Senior HCM Solution Consultant at Workday, specializing in articulating the value and impact of human capital management technology. With a strong background in the HCM space, Adiska brings extensive experience in presenting innovative HR solutions to help organizations achieve their evolving goals.

Handy has over 15 years experience in HCM implementation across multiple industry and certified on Workday HCM for Core, Recruiting, Data loading & Compensation modules. He has taken on roles as Team Leader & HCM functional architect for multiple projects as well as Senior Consulting roles, with extensive experience in designing and implementing HCM business process, including organizational design, payroll, workforce and talent management
